Purpose

Blue Now's purpose is to provide quality pool equipment at the lowest cost and with the highest quality service.

Organisation

Blue Now^TM was originally developed in early 2003 by a team of professionals with skills in the following areas:

• pool installation and sales;
• electronic commerce consulting and internet software development; and
• logistics and transport.

Our aims were to set up an organisation with the most efficient operational structure possible to minimise our overheads and to continuely improved our systems and most importantly our customer service. Blue Now is the result of our efforts and we believe our prices and service illustrate our success in achieving these aims.

Our operational structure means:

• we do not have a shopfront - although we do have a sophisticated warehouse facility;
• we prefer all communication to come through either our website or via email. This enables us to track your requests and ensure all correspondence is responded to in a timely manner (ie. it is not on a fax in the bottom drawer or scrawled on a post-it-note under a coffee cup);
• we do not provide installation services, although we may be able to recommend installers in your region;
• we only accept credit card and EFT payments. Credit cards minimise the processing time and provide more safeguards for the consumer compared to other methods. Trade Customers can pay using EFT with prior approval. If you have any concerns with paying via credit card or other payment related questions then please contact our operations manager; and
• we are not an internet help desk.

All prices listed on our site include GST.

All products on our site are the Australian versions and are covered by the fully Australian manufacturers warranty.

We are registered for GST and a tax invoice will be sent with all orders. Our RBN is VIC B1865497D and our ABN 32 014 417 045.
