We prefer communication to come through either our website or via email. This enables us to track your requests and get the appropriate staff member to respond to your enquiry. It also helps us ensure we responded to you in a timely manner (ie. it is not on a fax in the bottom drawer or scrawled on a post-it-note under a coffee cup). Please include in your email your phone number(s) as in some cases it is easier for us to talk you though a question.
