Ordering

Blue Now does not allowing international orders to be entered into our online ordering system due to the additional complexities involved. If you are outside Australia and would like to order something from our site or would like a quote on a particular product. Please send an email to our sales team including the detail of what you want and your delivery address. We will then provide you with a quote for the items delivered to you including all freight and transit insurance charges.

Payment

Blue Now only accepts payment for international orders by the following methods:

• Direct deposit of funds;
• SWIFT payments;
• Western Union Money Orders; or
• Letter of Credit from a reputable bank.

Once we have provided you with a quote and you have indicate your acceptance of the quote, we will give you our payment details. Note that we will not dispatch the goods until the funds/documentation have been received.

All prices will be quoted in Australian dollars and all payments will need to be made in Australian dollars. To get an indication of prices in your currency we suggest the following site:

Freight and Delivery

Blue Now uses international couriers for the delivery of international orders. This enable both parties to track the items in transit and provides a signed proof of delivery receipt to ensure you have received your goods. All freight is covered by our international transit insurance. Within 24hrs of dispatching your order we will provide you with a consignmenment note number and details of how you can track your freight. We will also provide you with your receipt via email when we dispatch your goods and also in hard copy form in the package.

Blue Now is willing to transport goods using a different method if requested by the customer. In this case Blue Now will not take any responsibility for the goods once they have been dispatched and may also charge an additional handling fee.

Freight Costs

International courier costs can be quite high. The following table provides an estimate of the cost of a 2k, 5kg and 20kg package to different destinations. Actual freight prices are determined in 0.5kg intervals, so please contact us for a quote. We have a minimum freight charge of $35 for International orders.
